MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Delivery and practical execution of trials

• Lead the farm team to ensure ponds and equipment is properly prepared for trials. Focus on hygine and tidiness at the site is essential.
• Together with the Regional TAC-Manager plan and lead execution of trial pipeline according to timeline
• Lead the farm team to ensure ponds and equipment is cleaned and maintained in-between trials
• Ensure safety at the TAC for staff and visitors

Collection of data and entering of raw data into agreed database

• Lead the collection of data after end of each trial. This will include measurements of basic variable (e.g. weight, length, visuals) and collection of samples for more analyses of more advanced variables that will be send to external laboratories for analyses.
• Be responsible for quality checking of raw data, and entering of raw data into database (as instructed by regional TAC manager)

Lead the Team

• Lead the on-farm team to be a high performing team with focus on safety, timely delivery and high quality work.
• Attend customer events and support as needed with customized materials / compelling value proposition message

Communications:

• Ensure clear and regular communications with Regional TAC manager, and rest of the SMT team

Working Location: Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

• Bachelor in Aquaculture, Veterinary or related area in Life Sciences
• Practical experience with aquaculture farm work and preferably R&D farm work (5-10 years preferred)
• Independent personality and good leadership skills
• High sense of responsibility (timely and careful work)
• Effective communication skills, English fluency
• Willing to stay in farm
